Mô tả công việc : | - Provide secretarial work to manager and office administration. Answer and transfer phone calls in a professional and polite manner, take message properly if requested to the utmost satisfaction. - Handling courier and shipping services. Receive and dispatch overseas couriers, keep records properly, co-ordinate with messenger to ensure out coming couriers/mails will send to the relevant participants on time. - Do reconciliation with Finance at the end of the month for payment process and cost control. Responsible for forwarding email to pertinent departments. - Checking and updating CEO’s calendar. - Familiar with all Office Equipment.Assisting customers in office work: photocopying, printing, facsimile, laminating, scanning, binding book, typing documents, searching phone directory and making appointments. Responsible for stationary and office supplies administration (receiving, reporting, billing) - Responsible for controlling meeting facilities: projector, LCD, photocopiers. Call for repair and maintenance when needed.Managing reservation and setup of meeting rooms, projectors and conference calls for guest in house and outside customers.Receive car and driver’s booking - Welcome, instruct and serve drink for guest. Follow up stock of drinks and replenish drinks in time.Ensure the tidiness of meeting rooms, pantry room and reception area.Oversee security and cleaning in the office. Manage and co-ordinate office cleaning and plant service. - Liaising with all Airline offices, travel agencies, hotels to create and confirm reservations, , co-ordinate with Finance for payment.In charge of concierge services including food & beverage, restaurant reservation, food delivery….Update client database for company - Maintain the guardianship during working hours, control access into the company. - Perform other related duties as assigned |
